For too long, men have been told to “man up” by staying quiet, hiding emotion and dealing with everything alone.
We want to challenge that.
To us, manning up differently means having the courage to talk, feel, reach out, support others and face what you’re going through rather than pretending it isn’t there.

Man Up Differently is a clothing, awareness and community brand. We want to encourage conversations around men’s mental health, but we are not a medical, counselling or crisis service.
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or an appropriate professional support organisation.

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements to help you choose the right fit. We recommend checking it before ordering, especially if you prefer an oversized or more fitted look.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and eligible European Union destinations shown at checkout.

Standard delivery is £4.99 for orders under £75. Orders of £75 or more qualify for free standard delivery in the United Kingdom and eligible European Union destinations, subject to the options shown at checkout.

To help preserve prints, colours and shape, we generally recommend washing clothing inside out at a low temperature and avoiding excessive heat when drying or ironing.
