Man Up Differently products are produced and fulfilled by our manufacturing and fulfilment partners after an order is placed.

Because many of our products are produced on demand, please allow time for your order to be prepared before it is shipped.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and the countries of the European Union that are available at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom: Standard delivery £4.99. Free standard delivery on orders of £75 or more. Estimated delivery 5–8 business days (checkout estimate).

European Union: Standard delivery £4.99, charged in your local currency at checkout. Free standard delivery on orders of £75 or more, or the local-currency equivalent. Estimated delivery 5–8 business days (checkout estimate).

United States: Standard delivery £6.99, charged in US dollars at checkout. Free standard delivery on orders of £75 or more, or the US-dollar equivalent. Estimated delivery 7–10 business days (checkout estimate).

The exact shipping price, free-delivery threshold in your currency and delivery estimate for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Because our products are made to order, please allow time for production before dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Split Shipments

If your order contains more than one product, your items may be produced or shipped from different fulfilment locations.

As a result, your order may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days.

Where applicable, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged at the flat standard rate for your destination shown above, and is free on orders that meet the free-delivery threshold.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Customs, Duties and Import Charges

Import duties are not collected at checkout.

If an order crosses a customs border, the destination country may charge customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. Where these apply, they are set by the destination country and may be payable by the recipient on delivery.

Customs clearance may affect delivery times. We will work with our fulfilment and delivery partners to investigate delays. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
